Fall Fair and Conference Wrap Up

Last weekend was absolutely lovely, starting off with the Breast Cancer fundraiser on Friday night, the Fall Fair Saturday morning, followed by lots of conference and family dinner. We really just relaxed and cooked and ate and enjoyed each other.

The weather Saturday morning was chilly and a little rainy, but that didn't matter to the kids. They loved the fact that they got to go on 2 hayrides in less than 24 hours!

Chloé got her face painted for the first time and was in heaven. We washed it off for nap, but I fibbed to her all day telling her it was still there when she would asked. Carter loved his first taste of cotton candy and it was impossible to pry the stick from his hands after one bite.



So nice to watch the Saturday morning session with cider and carrot zucchini bread in peace with our kids napping. When they woke up we pretended we were in King Benjamin's time and made a tent that faced the tv and made caramel popcorn from the Friend, Carter LOVED it!
